Ok this is what I've got.
It came out as 1000*200 so I hope that's ok, if you need a resize, let me know.

Thanks for that I have saved them will hopefully get something sorted for tonight.
Just to be clear I am making stickers for the jeep for the show on Sunday to help promote the club on the day. Do we want some more for the cars on the day?
Do you need a price for stickers off him, or do you need anything else from him regarding sticker / banners / vinyls etc. PM or email me.

I wouldn't mind waiting to see what these turn out like. If it looks good then maybe we can get everyone to pitch in to have some club ones done up.

Right I have them sorted, should be collecting them tomorrow in Tallaght, will take a photo when I have them and post them up. Finger crossed, its being done cheap as chips (mates rates) so hopefully the quality is maintained.
When we see them in the skin maybe a bit of a session on Sunday to see what people think and / or would want in a sticker for their cars. As for now I think I will change it to my banner.

Picture of the completed stickers for the jeep, they came out well considering the notice I gave him to make them.

I think a couple of changes and additions would have a great club sticker for our cars. All be it, they will be alot smaller.

here's a thought, what about getting decals made up like the jdm man in dandism rear window decal but replacing the jap translation bit just .IE in the same kind of font

know what i mean?

I thought I would resurrect one of the first threads posted on this site
This is in response to or inspired by DSham's MR2.ie watch, key rings etc. I think the one thing we are missing is some kind of advertising/publicity on our cars. The standard way that most clubs do this is a vinyl self cling type sticker. These are easily applied, moved or removed as needed.
Here's my idea ...
_KUNENA_BBCODE_HIDEIMG
The font used here is the Toyota MR2 true type font (different form the normal site font) and the message is simple and visible.
So how much I hear you all cry????
Based on 20cmx5cm (roughly the size of my MR2OC sticker in my rear window - below), we are looking at roughly £55 for 50 or £65 for 100 delivered to one address. How these are distributed can be decided later (£1-2+postage sounds fair with profits put to good use for the club) but for now, anyone any thoughts?

details on pricing through link below, this was only a quick search so there may be a cheaper supplier out there

Good on ya Spanky for reviving this thread and also for taking action on it.
Only 10 quid more for twice the amount? Deffo worth it, makes them much cheaper and makes sure everyone can get one. Ill deffo have one on my rear window.
Nice one!

I think it should resemble the club logo and font or the car font to some extent.

I agree, i just think at 20cm's long it means the actual logo bit is going to be about 6cm to 8cm which makes it look like a finger? Maybe if the logo was blended into a mr2 silhouette aswell?

If it looks like a finger, then proudly give it up to the world! _KUNENA_BBCODE_HIDEIMG
I really like the original logo, the forum logo, the logo that is on our cards and been the mr2.ie logo from day one.
I personally don't like the idea of coming up with a new one all of a sudden. If some changes need to be made for it to suit a car sticker, fair enough, but it should be kept true to the original and not totally different. The idea of more of the MR2 outline or silhouette Dave, is good, maybe it wont look so much like a finger to non Mr2 drivers, who wont pick up on the side intake.

I see what you mean about the logo looking a little like a finger, I didn't even know what the logo referred to until I asked Quandry at the July show
Does it matter what it might be mis-interpreted as?
The main function of the stickers is to advertise to other MR2 drivers that the site exists. After all, don't you always look at a MR2 in a car park when you walk past it? The other use would be in traffic ... rather than trying to stop the other 2 you could just pass them and point to your back window
