Yea, this has kind of taken a back seat over the past year. I have all the parts waiting to go in but just havent had the money available. I should hopefully have it ready by next Spring.

Long story short I got stung. I left it too late to go through PayPal and I didnt have a leg to stand on with Bank of Ireland. Lesson learned. eBay can burn anyone when you buy from a regular user. I'll know for again.

No luck. That's mainly on me though. I never really chased it up. I kinda took it on the chin and left it. In hindsight I should have followed up but I didn't have the energy to go through with the whole investigation and digging.

Update!

Car is currently on a trailer and will be dropped off at Paul Wray Motorsport tomorrow. Yipee! Will still be a few months before the work is done and then when it's back I'll need to overhaul the brakes and suspension but its too late to turn back now!

Update: completion date agreed with builder. Mid May I should have it back. Still have to get a couple of small bits but majority of the parts are now bought. Will update properly when I have more time.

Been a long time coming but it looks like I may be breaking the MR2. Been a nightmare the past 4 years trying to get work done on it and at this stage the shell is in pieces and probably past saving. Not sure about that, though as it still may have some life in it.

I'll be posting up some for sale threads or a breaking thread shortly. If anyone is interested in any parts the majority are listed here. The parts themselves have all been in dry storage during this time so they're all perfect. Lots still in boxes.

Thanks, Martin. I've not really been near it in ages and I'm looking to make a change either buy a house or move country haha! It doesnt make sense for thousands of euro worth of parts to just sit around gathering dust!

I am disappointed I never got it on the road. I spent years putting the parts together.
