Has anyone had a test drive in one yet? I've had a few calls from Toyota seeing if I'm still interested

it was on the toc website and came across it, i heard that one got rear ended up in dublin by an avensis maybe thats it??? i donno if i get more info ill let ya know

I got asked to go on a test drive couple of weeks ago, haven't had the time to book it, let alone do it yet.

I reckon that car would be fine on track, just take the bumper off it.

its probraly the most famous crash at the moment, loads of people in cork know about it

I don't think it is a massive loss ... it actually helps improve the fugly rear end.

I was speaking to the parts manager in Toyota, Belfast this week and he was telling me that the salesmen are happy that this car has finally been released. Not because of the car itself but it has brought the average age of 'shopper' down below retirement age for the first time since the late 90s.

BTW, I was talking to him about discounts on parts. Just waiting for final agreement but it is looking promising .... watch this space.

unlucky he didn't even have the car a week!

Toyota owned that car, it was rearended by a BMW, somebody probably bought it for a song, fair play.

I seen an SRS ecu for one of these on sale on ebay, so looks like there may have been one wrote off already!!!
