The reply i got from the NCT :
"The headlights must be adjusted so that the beam cut off lies between 0.4% to 5.0% from the horizontal line and from 0% to 3% to the right side of the vertical line and 6.0% to the left."
That sounds like to me that it can go 3% max onto RHS and up to 6% to the left.
So, it looks like it SHOULDN'T be a large, say, 15% beam to the left to light up pedestrians, signs etc. 6% is prob enough to light up signs.

Right, it's been a long time coming, and delay after delay. I finally have 2 sets ready to go. Just a final fit up and they can be posted sometime this week !
Any subsequent sets will now be much quicker. I've had a million and one things going on lately - but got there in the end !

I've had a lot of enquiries, but most people have said that they'd prefer to not wait for them to be fabricated after payment. Problem I have is, I can't afford to have a load of sets sitting around.
Most interest has come from the USA and Germany of all places. I might just keep them limited to the owners clubs, which will also help to keep the costs down

Ready to go
Due to the delay, i'll swallow the extra postage cost, and call it £189.99. This price includes a £10 surcharge that i'll refund once I receive your lifting arms back.
My parents live in Rosscrae, so if it's easier\cheaper for you to send them there, it's not a problem
My paypal details are: Gary1180@o2.co.uk
My email address is the same as above, and i'll need your full address details, and your email address so I can send you the instructions.
Formal bit out of the way.............
I'll get them straight out to you buddy, and would appreciate your feedback. If you have any problems at all, let me know and i'll do everything I can to help
I have two sets available - and three more will be ready soon

Cool - we have a mini-meet next Wed. Hopefully will have them fitted before then.
Think i'll change the mini-meet time from 8pm to 10pm, so i can arrive with low-rises lights on

Ok buddy, let me know how you get on - any probs, just message me
I'm pretty disappointed with the postage though, they should've been there last Friday. I was told it was a guaranteed 3 day service ?
Glad you've got them, and I'm keen to see them fitted. They really are a doddle

Only got to open the box last night at the Mc Mini Meet.
First Impressions - very high quality construction ! Really looking forward to getting them fitted now

Just had 30 mins to take my stock lights off yesterday and I haven't been near my 2 all day Wife is away for a few days - so, am making most of the weather with bringing the kids everywhere.
They are just eating now - baths next and in bed by 7.55. Back to the lights at 7.56

Okay - 7.56 start turned into 8.46 start
But new lights assembled.
Now, one slight problem. Bolts on top of arms not playing ball.
Any tips on getting them off ? Don't say wd40 for a few hours !

You don't unscrew them dude, just use a flat blade screwdriver behind the plastic top, and 'pop' them off

So nice to see them fitted mate, they look great
It's a relief to know that someone else has managed fit them, as it was always a concern of mine - that I'd made them as simple as possible, not in a derogatory way.
Eager to see the finished pics, an i'll pm you my new address details for the arms, and sort out your surcharge refund

Classy looking Spidey. I would have bought these lights if I didn't have the revision6 lights. They remind of the Honda NSX lights.

After seeing these fitted Im undecided between these and the rev 6 lights.
Could you post a few more pics from head on when you have the 2 fitted?
