It's that time of year again for one of the best car shows of the year.

This thread is to generate and keep track of people attending. I'd ask that to whoever posts - could they keep the list of people at the end of their post.

Last year was excellent and a link below with some pics for anyone who hasn't been to it. (pics from around page 6)

Cost for the show is €10 per person (this covers a passenger : ) ). We may be able to get a marquee again this year - will confirm as soon as we find out. Last two years, we got a great deal and it was only €180 - this included putting it up the day before, the marquee insured and taking it down. IF we are able to get it again, the cost will be shared e.g. it is €10 anyway - if we get 10 people going, then it is 180/10 = 18 per head for the marquee. So, 10 for show + 18 = 28 each. Obviously if we have more than 10, the cost goes down and vice versa. The "walking" (anyone got pics of this from last year ? ) Marquee really made it last year

It's a bit more than usual that people pay for shows but anyone who has been will tell you it is really worth it : )

I'd like to get forms and payment for the show asap. If people can't get to this meet, they can send in their own forms. Details are below - link to the form is about half way down the page.

If you are sending in your own form, post to this thread or pm me and let me know you have done this. Also, when filling in the form, please put down "MR2 Drivers". This is solely a forum and we are not in any way a club.

Apologies folks - busy at home and work and haven't been on much. Also missed last few C&C's.

Smurfster is able to get the Marquee again at a great price of €180. So, i think to make it a runner, we need min 10 people ? That would mean 180/10 = 18 for the marquee and 10 for the show entry. So, is everyone on the list happy with 28 per head ?

This is assuming we get at two more. Obviously, if we get more than two, the price per head goes down.

I am afraid i am going to be away for C&C in June as well. Can someone attend and collect the 28 per head ?

No prob : ) Just checking - are you still coming in on the MR2.ie "stand" / marquee / bbq etc ? If so, we need to pay for that in advance, as Smurfster has to book and pay for it.

Just to be clear - if anyone just wants to go to the show, it's just the €10 (by a certain date and either 15 or 20 on the day). To go on the MR2 Drivers area etc, it's 10 for show and 18 (down to 15 if all 12 people on below list go) if you want to put your car in the area, avail of marquee, bbq.

Option 1 : €10 = park in "general" area. No marquee, no bbq : (
Option 2 : €10 + 15/18 = 25/28 (25 if we get 12 people) = park in MR2 Drivers area, marquee, bbq
