This site is set up to help the MR2 community in Ireland, and in anyway we can overseas. The site is only composed of the people in it, its free and open to anybody to contribute in whatsoever way they want.
For this purpose there is an introduce yourself section.
If you are a regular lurker, pop in, we don't bite, say hello
If you looking to buy a two, and are just gathering info, say hello
If you are shy and retiring, we are all here for the same reason, say hello
If you are on the site because of a problem with your two, ask and, say hello
If you came across the site on a web search, don't just flitter past, say hello
If your an ex B/F or G/F,yes we are getting on much better without you, now, say hello
Thru the looking glass, down the rabbit hole or in through the outdoor, welcome along sit down have a glass, and say hello.
This site, exists, only for, and because of the members, we have around 200 at this stage, and yet only about 30 regular contributors. 23 members online today, that’s a cracking number.
As pointed out before, this collective knowledge spans every aspect and facet of MR2's if its not here we know where to get it, if you want advice we will give it, or look at it to give you advice.
You are more than welcome to the site, please say hello, if that is all you can contribute, cool & we hope whatever you are reading / lurking over, helps you with whyever your here, and wish you happy motoring.

Good post! I guess a lot of people are not used to 'talking' on forums and maybe they just stumbled across the page. I was like that once, but I did find that by contributing it became a more rewarding experience.
Anyways, I hope there's some current and future lurkers that are getting value from the site and will want to add their own 2c to the community at some stage.

+1 - please say hello. As mentioned, we don't bite - except at the mini-meets when we dig into a McDonalds
And you don't even have to have an MR2 ! If you like MR2s and maybe can't afford insurance at the moment or are saving for one, you are more than welcome along to the meets to check out the 2s. We are definitely not car snobs.
Hell, the Celica is like a cousin of the MR2 and the Supra is a bit of an Uncle

Well said Rayman! You're a modern day poet.
Id love to see more lurkers become members, more info, more people at meets, more cars to look at, compare and contrast and so on.
A well deserved KC+1 for you mate.

Well I am signed on here, but not really a lurker.
I have a 1992 t-bar turbo that I bought in 2005. I've only put about 7,000 miles up on it since I got it.
I currently drive a Porsche boxster (bought 2008) hence the reason I'm not on this site I spend enough time trying to keep up with the
Porsche sites.
It's great to see this site up and running, I know the effort it takes and apologies for not supporting it.
I do intend to take the mr2 out of storage at some stage and may get a chance to meet up with some of you.
