Formula 1 cars racing in the streets of Dublin? 10 Years, 10 Months ago	Karma: 314
I was paging through the Metro Herald this morning and saw this article: _KUNENA_BBCODE_HIDEIMG I presume that they're going to do some roadworks between now and June 3rd, 2012. Will be amazing to see but I think the crowds will be pretty hefty. Good to see more pro-car action in Ireland though!

I was talking to Mark Gallagher (Former Ireland A1 GP owner/boss) a few years ago and he said he was pushing a Belfast GP track in the docklands for Formula 1 and A1 GP which is sadly no longer around . This could be a small step in the right direction i hope Heres a sample from the promo for Phoenix park races a few years back.

Nice video - KC! I just went to try and find out when the Phoenix park races would be this year but it's cancelled for 2011 it seems
