I got the text about that but I cant find out if there are any hidden charges on the cards ... Where i live I dont pass a topaz that often so if I never actually use the card will i be charged anything ..

Is that 2cent off the forecourt price? - not a good deal for where I live anyway, I use the Topaz Motorcheck Fuelcard and it's more often then not 3-4 cents in the difference.
