@ martyj - Yip i am using grade 80 sand paper as i have alot to fill due to the previous owner damaging the kit

if your using filler start with grade 80,120,finish with 320 and then prime the piece and rub down with wet 2000 and 4000 doing an install i used wood for the buld head then cut out the shape of the speakers and then used expandable foam as this is easy to cut with a hacksaw blade into what shape you want. I ran 1 inch pipe from the back of the speakers through the car and into the engine bay as to help the speakers breathe if not you will blow them eventually then i fiberglassed over the wood and then used 50 yo yo's of filler for the back bulk hard its a bit of work but when done right pays off

Here is the wing mirrors they lads in the UK use the MR2 mirror motors to make them fold in but i decided not to use them as if they burn out it will be an expensive fit so i moulded the mirrors into one piece ;)
This was done 8 months ago i will just show you the work involved

Here was the nightmare of the build moving the fuel pipe the hardship i had and my hands were in bits this is a pipe i made and the angle had to be right
