Right, mate is putting in shocks for me, went to the motor factors and they gave him inserts which wont fit as the shocks that are in it are Bilsteins and are welded up. and they're the only ones they stock.

went to Toyota ( ) and they stock 2 different ones, the more expensive being 350 a shock!! they're trying to work out which ones it needs

So can someone please tell me what shocks i need?! its the rear ones btw

Fensport are you friend, but €440-00 for a set of fronts before you get them posted over. But they are Bilstein as as the Toyota €350-00 item.

I am ordering a set of fronts next week of them, delivery is normally within 2-3 days.

Edit, just tried the link you need to select the parts section the the model of the car and a sideway popup menu will appear and select the chassis option, the shock are just there.

+1 for Fensport. They're not the cheapest out there but they are only do good quality and reliable stuff.

was onto a very friendly guy at Linders in chapelizod, knows his stuff, and am ordering 2 genuine toyota shocks in the morning for 270 which im delighted with

so as far as i can work out, you can get either the supremely expensive bilstein ones, or toyota ones.

then after this gets done, 4 wheel laser alignment coming up!
