I used tdp.ie down in Wicklow. Bit of a drive for you though. They were doing a special price at the time of €320 or thereabouts. Cost depends a bit on if you have mods...

320 is very good, i was talkin to cathy on Torque-irl and was gettin over 450 for a HKS F-CON.

very nice people and very professional though

That is cheap. Your right it's to far not got an ecu yet repining the car for a rev3 conversion doesn't look easy thinking link g4 and thats before I talked to spud from momentum
