Hi all,

Found your site by accident when browsing through the mr2oc.co.uk. Never even knew it existed!

I'm Gav, and live in Co Down. Used to have a lovely red Rev2 Turbo, but sold it for a Skyline. I have just acquired an NA MR2 of my mate which has a siezed engine, so after looking at the engine i've decided to break it.

I know how much it can cost to get things sent over this way from the UK mainland, so i'll stick a thread up in the parts section and if anyone fancies anything drop me a private message and if i still have it we can arrange to meet up somewhere suitable.

Alright mate, seen that car for sale before Christmas I think. Was half tempted to buy it and break it myself but didn't have the funds. Welcome to the boards and hopefully you'll be back in an MR2 before long!

Yeah, my mate bought it last September in Newry i think, and it siezed on the way home after the AA guy warning him not to drive it. And its sat in the works car park ever since. Was going to the crusher and it was too good to waste, so i made him a good offer and hopefully someone will get some use out of the parts on it.

I do miss my old one, and have to say this little project has got me in the mood for another one. Here's the old one back when i had it:
