OK Guys need help again.
So was missing relays and a slow blow fuse from fuse box when bought the car, have replaced them.. the slow blow was for the abs. now when it was missing and i started the car no light was ever on the dash telling me i should check it. i assumed even if fuse was missing it would tell me there was a fault. so i thought the car just didnt have abs. but i found a big black box, that looks like a abs system to me. so i got the fuse for it anyway. a 80watt fuse, had to take fuse box out to bolt it in. but now still nothing.. the part number written on the "big black box" that i think is abs is

133000-1120
i also have VIN number of the car and stuff but i have no idea how to check this stuff out. google the part number didnt really work
the car is a 95 english import.
