I was coming down the ramp to go onto the N7 and as I got to the bend the car felt weird and then all of a sudden fishtailed to the right, back to the left and then was heading to the right staight into the barrier and I put the foot down and pulled out of it with inches to spare, The link on my front left wheel has been banging away the last month or so so got the both sides replaced tonight, I wasnt even going fast but scared the shite out of me I also got my Brass shifter bushings put in aswell

Holy crap man, you never mentioned that earlier. Wow, scary, glad that is finally sorted and at least both sides are done too.

Ray is helping me to do a good big service on mine on Sat and we are going to fit the front and back shifter bushes and MT90. Gearbox is going to be liquid, cant wait.
Does yours feel any different even just with the brass bushes?

Steering feels 100% better with the new links and the shifter feels more defined

Prob a good idea to get your alignment and geo done too, to make sure she is straight and true.

There was always a small knock on the front left wheel but its gotten worse over time, he said the nut to hold on the link was not on the thread properly so ther was a gap which meant the link was bouncing up and down, not a peep from them this evening and steering feels like a new car
