got the best news ever. had guy come out to look at it yesterday evening. he says there is no way the headgasket is gone. he said the water coming out the filler cap would be more violent and it'd happen when engine is cold too. it only happens when engine is hot.
the coolent is just air locked.. we spent 3 hours trying to get the water moving last night and still nothing. this happened when i changed the rad. but happily he said seen as he can't get the airlocks out im not a complete tool for not being able to bleed her right.
so he's going to take her home and see if he can use a compressor he has that he uses to get ordinary cars un airlocked. he also said he'll test the thermostat make sure it opens at the right temp...
might ask him do compression test while he has her tho. the man is a legend. works as mechanic for vw and fixes my car for like 20 quid.
i have a 3s ge engine.. he claims thats a yamaha beams engine? this true?(just out of curiosity)
