Top job - was dreading going out in the cold myself and lying down on the driveway for hours but Glenner sorted them no problems. Great job

Yeah, just get the H3's and modify them to get them in

Mod H3 to H3C

I bought these on eBay - not HID but SuperWhite and much better than my yellow fogs. Sould have them by mid next week and will report/post pics

I got H4's as well from same eBay shop.

I think Glenner had an extension - had a PowerCraft drill bit set.

Might be the same one that is in Aldi at the mo. I'm not sure if the extension was in the set or if the bought it separately.

Link to Aldi drill bit set

If anyone is going to Aldi in the next day or two, could they pick one up for me and I'll sort them out ?

That set doesn't seem to have the bit required, which is a steel bit around 20cms in lenght but on a couple of mm thick

the ones i got are three drill bits 4,5,6mm bits with chuck ends which allow you to put the extenisons on the end cos if you just have a smooth drill bit the drill can only clamp onto it.

Do you have a link to which bulbs you got ? I put my 5000k H3 in today and while they are an improvement on the std fogs, they are still "yellowish".

Are yours 6000k ?

I heard if you go higher than 5000k they are whiter but not road legal. Don't mind though - will just swap the std H3'd back in for the NCT
