I was on the way how from work today and just as I passed Couture, I spotted a Grey Mrk III heading in there, so without hesitation I turned around and went in to meet Richie. This is the nicest guy you could meet and had a lovely (Wife's car) 03 Mrk III.

So after mentioning the site many times and talking about MX 5's (a car I have a particular like of) and car stuff in general, I got my first spin in a Mrk III SMT and I am well impressed. This car doesn't do heel and toe, it rev matchs as you go down the box and I mean really rev matchs 6th to 3rd without any flintching (if thats spelt correctly) from the rear. Lovely and tight on the corners and it just felt great to be in.

Oh and another first for me, rag top down is cool.

Very impressed indeed with the car and a cracking guy Ritchie, hopefully he spots this thread and introduces himself.

Thanks for the drive earlier, if you have ever considered buying one of these, do it and do it now.

Sounds like you really enjoyed that Ray! So does that mean one of each for you now? Well, eventually, a MK1,2&3?

NOW we are talking! I love Supras. As a kid, that was my dream car, even before MR2's. I would LOVE to have a Supra too. Some day, when im loaded (HA) and have the space, I just have to get one. Would love the twin. Monster!

EDIT: sorry Richie, nearly forgot, welcome aboard mate. Hope to see you at a meet or two. I believe the car belongs to your wife, but sure that wont stop you borrowing it and coming out for the craic.
