So after leaving the Car into a "QUALIFIED" Mechanic and Engineer, It's safe to say she is well and truly Dead!! Al the parts that were suppossed to have been done by the other guy weren't Done. Timing Belt was extremely Loose and Frailed to bits, water pump wasn't changed, Pullies weren't done, spark plugs were in bits, "So called" new shocks were fitted last week and the engineer says they're either my ones still on the car or second hand ones but certainly not new and not worth €300!!!! The head was skimmed alright but the Tapids were Not done done for Sure!! And a rip off price he charged me too.......€650!! So I am still gonna save her even after I forked out €1750 to get a Botch Job Done!
It'll cost me another €2,000 for another engine supplied, fitted, serviced and with the Timing belt done etc...... and a New clutch fitted while he's at it. I've located a Celica Engine which'll do the Job Nicely and my Rad is getting reconditioned for €220. Hopefully I'll have her on the road by next Friday for the Meet!!

He texted me on Sat looking fo €750 Labour and €300 for so called new shocks. I texted back and told him given the current situation with the car I couldn't possibly pay him another penny as it seemed the work wasn't done to standard and on advice from my solicitor and the Garda he'd not be receiving any more money. He then rang me a few mins later and threatned me, little did he know I was in the Garda station and he was on Speaker!! He told me he had "MATES" and that I was digging myself a very big Grave!!! Needless to say I was a happy camper cos the Gard will now go as my Witness in Court over the threats I received!!!!!!!
