try this lad hes a broker Jack 0872574581 (turbod here gave me his number)
and if your mr2 is over 20yrs old he does classic too.
i got a classic quote for 275euro fully comp with aviva as a turbo and im 23.
The only catch with classic insurance is you must have another car for daily use and it must be insured in your name.

For classic insurance try Wendy @ Campbell Autoline, should be around €240 fully comp..
You need a another daily driver though and limited to milage

Mike, I had another car with Campion a while back, and it was 18 years old at the time
The only thing was, they would not offer fully comp and it was about €400 cause it was not 20 years old. But it sure beats giving them 2k, that's what I was quoted when I tried to insure it normally. With any classic policy ... you will of course have to provide proof that you have another car as your primary driver

Best of luck!!

Ok I'm in trouble, just been quoted 1400 from aviva, cannot afford that, but my problem now is I dont have a daily river other than the mr2. Can someone please suggest an insurance company that can insure me, limited mileage , excess I dont care, I do not want to have to sell it on

Rang them today insured both Mr2's for 247 fully comp. Road side and legal cover couldn't believe it. No hassle. Would have to recommend them.

My brother has a 1970' beetle, which is due insurance renewal, could I insure both cars? As in the beetle would be the daily driver?
