I have seen a couple with them on, but to be honest mate, at this point, they are generally considered to be quite cheesy.

never seen one in person but i believe they are very hard to do right. the hinges themselves i think go for €1k and the gas struts in them are notorious for failing, costing more money to replace them. and a lot of work is required to extend the door wiring and i think you need to modify something under the front quarter panels, can't remember offhand. Unless you're going for an all-out show car i'd be more inclined to spend that money elsewhere

they are available fro a company called lsd in germay if you go on the web sight you will get a number of a supplyer in kilkenny i think. I got a set for mine before cost me 1500 euro she was featured in modified motors in 2008 they are tough to fit and you need two pares of hands to do it you need to take off front bumper and to front wings to do it, and even then it takes patience to get the to sit right

These are good quality hinges made for the mk2 mr2 only. Have sold a few sets recently with all good comments. Will also be fitting a set early next year to a show car.
