I'm hoping to get a kit on some time this year.

I have Tom's parts but I'm now leaning towards going for a hybrid kit. I don't like the look of the Full Tom's spoiler and was going rev5 anyway... so now I am thinking that I might go with a Border front with Tom's sides and rear:

i was thinking of doing a kit to mine still dont know...! but if i was the last one with greddy skirts. and the spliter on the tom's front is a nice touch and your right about the spoiler its muck....

Any know what wheels are on the green MR2?

If I get my 2 kitted I'm definitely going for Border front, GRacers skirts and Border spats. There's a spoiler for the Rev2 thats either called Aeroware/Aerowave or somthing similar that looks the business too. It replaces the standard one and looks similar but it rises higher and is curved not flat. Not many about with it on their cars and I think it looks amazing.

Either that or the Bomex Drift spoiler! I love that spoiler!

I've already went with Greddy sides - I think now I'll go with Border front and leaning toward Toms rear over Border spats. And although I am curretly wingless, I am thinking about the Toms duckbill ....

just wondering- are all spyders wingless? I have a fullt standard Rev1 three piece soiler and am thinking wingless might be nice!?!

Mine is a mk2 Spider - have seen loads of mk3s with and without wings.

I seen that spolier on another thread. Its prob my favourite too.

The yellow one has it smoothed in - so, maybe thats why it looks a bit different.

Possibly remove the Bomex scoops - apart from that, that silver one is a very nice 2 :)

Now I know this kit might seem a little out there but seriously would'nt it be daysent if someone made a replica or something. I for one would buy it in the morning

I would go for the GReddy side skirts and the Border front. Have you decided who is going to install and spray the kit ?

I already have Tom's front, back, and sides and a Rev5 wing. But I may yet go for a Border front. There's a paint and panel place around the corner from me that seem pretty good. Haven't spoken to them about price yet but they are pretty professional outfit that do some kit fitting and have an oven etc. I don't need a show car so I am thinking about just bringing them the bits to spray in the first case, then if it doesn't match up save for a whole respray and go shaved

That is probably a bad idea . It's more work but I would at least do a trial fitment before spraying the kit. If you have to jiggle the kit about you could end up cracking the new paint.

Sorry I meant that I will get them to fit it all when they paint it, then if the colour doesn't match up I'll get them to paint the whole car (when I can afford it). I'm hoping the kit should all match up after going to the trouble to source genuine stuff that's in good shape.

Turns out the factory fog lights do fit perfectly with the Tom's bumper! hmmm decisions decisions! this one looks pretty good from this angle.

Anyone seen a Border bumper with factory fogs retained?

Doesn't look too bad imo, not sure if that's the factory location, but maybe outwards a bit. I'm digging the flushmounts and sparco seats. Looks like it might have HID parking lights there?

Wow! that yellow border two is looking sweet!

I can see by flicking backwards and forwards between the pics that the lights are in a different spot though...

I thought that the lights gave it a bit of a NSX look, especially with the coloured surround.

I think it looks good! Spidey sent me some pics similar to that once, hopefully he'll chime in..
