Stage 2 264/264 (BC0351) - These are a plug and play 264/264 cam for the 3sgte that do not require aftermarket valvesprings and retainers. You can drop these cams into your engine using stock valvetrain and stock cam gears, they are a direct replacement. They have a short duration for well behaved street manners, and they have a slight lope at idle. They are a perfect all purpose camshaft. This cam is perfect for stock to mild turbo setups. This cam will shift the powerband slightly higher in the midrange where it would better supply the turbo with air than a stock cam. If you are going for big power with a large turbo, we reccomend using a larger cam than this. If you have any questions please email or call us so we can help you with your decision. This cam would be perfect for a Turbo B16 that is looking to pick up more power per pound of boost. This cam behaves well on the street, and does not sacrifice any drivablility.

Stage 3 272/272 (BC0352) - These 272/272 Cams for the 3SGTE have a longer duration profile for added RPM potential. They are intended for a fully built race engine designed for high revving. We reccomend having a capable ecu to tune fuel and timing when using these cams. They are excellent for engines that need the meat of their powerband to be in the higher rpm range like big turbo setups. Aftermarket Valvesprings and Retainers are requried for this cam as the increased lift and duration could exceed the design limitations of the stock valvetrain and lead to failure. This Cam is perfect for those looking to make big power in their race motor. This cam would be best suited in a built race engine with high compression pistons. They will raise the powerband up to where a high compression engine can use it most efficiently. They do not sacrifice drivability. These can be used on a street car but we do suggest installing upgraded valvesprings, retainers, valves, and cam gears when using these cams.
