Some people love the look, some people hate it. However everyone agrees that it is damn fast on the track. I read some info about it on MR2OC.com and tracked down these pictures:

Ye seen some of this lately, i think, well i hope the only FTO part is the headlights, its different anyways. I love the roll cage, i always wondered about how they do it properly on the mr2, not like most the cages you see that just cover the driver really. Also cool to see the welding on an mr2, i've seen lot of this on other track cars hondas etc. but i've not seen that ammount of work done on an mr2. The one thing that still goes against the mr2 as a track car is how hard the engine is to work on, if it wasn't for that i think we'd see a lot more stuff like this.

At first I thought it was some kind of electric handbrake, then I thought maybe a line locker...

it's certainly different there's something about the front end i like but the back end looks poo!
