haha, yeah if he wants a bigger turbo he would need to make a 'trailer intercooler' where the pipe sticks straight out the back on a flexi to an intercooler that gets towed behind the car

Are you going bootmount or chargecooler Marty?

I was going to keep it quiet for a while because I wanted to see for myself if it workd. But since you have asked Geoff, I am installing a second upgraded intercooler in parallel. What this means is that the compressed charge gets split just after the turbo and goes to two individual intercoolers. After the charge has been cooled by the two intercoolers (also inercooler water spray) and is rejoined just before the throttle body.

Jesus Marty, you sound pretty handy with a set of tools. Id love to see your garage and of course your 2......hopefully one day, see you and the car at a meet. This build you're doing sounds pretty nasty (I mean that in a good way!)

Yeah well at least you have a garage, I am in dire needs of one. I have bits of MR2's all over the house, kitchen, bedrooms, attic. Looks like someone drove an MR2 into the house and then blew it up. Its a joke, running around like an idiot trying to find certain parts and tools. Would love one place, MY PLACE, where all my car stuff is together, somewhat organised and within easy reach. Somewhere private (off the driveway) warm, dry, bright etc etc. I would be in heaven!!!! Dont even need a house, just a monster garage that I can live in. Hmmmmmm.....idea?
