I was undecided between 2 sets of wheels until today ... so I got another set to further complicate the matter!!
Have the following and would welcome comments / opinions :
Rota Boost 17x8 ET35 I believe ... need to check (graphite)
UltraLite Battle Monoblock with polished lip 17 x 8 ET38 / 22
Rays Volk Racing touring Evolution 17 x 8 ET35 17 x 9 ET35 was going to paint / powder coat them bronze ??

They could all probably do with a refurb ( except rotas )

It would have to be the monoblocks or the volks for me.
I actually like the fortessrs in white!
If you're selling them let me know, I'm thinking of another set of wheels myself.

Thanks Infamous ... I think I might sell the Rotas and keep the other 2 sets. There is something about those monoblocks that always appeals to be ... I've had them on 3 cars now ... so I think I'm emotionally attached to them lol
I'm not sure about white wheels on a red car ... I must price around for a powder coat job, probably more than the damn wheels are worth!!

ya ... I don't know what it is about those monoblocks, anytime I put another wheel on, I always take em off go back to them ... I wish that there were not the multi fitmeent type though

Mono-block's do it for me but I'm not a fan of white wheel in any shape or form

I am thinking of going for a new set of 16 or 17" alloys for my white mr2. Would 16" look small under the border kit?

The options are as follows:

@basch I'd go Advan over rotas every time.

Is that just cause of your hate for rotas if i was to say the ssr sp1 or works meister equivalent of the rota would that change your mind?

Or do you just really like the advans and if so do you think 16 would be a bit small looking under and mr2

ohhhh ... those D2's look nice!

I know right but the advans are tempting from a unique factor and look deadly on the frs/brz/gt86 just not sure about an mr2 as i cant find any pics of them on one thats white or has a border kit

you'd need a big brake kit ... the discs look tiny

Hmmm dont mind the brakes they look quite nice.... d1 are prob the nicer of the two damn i hate decisions :/
