DIY TRD install 11 Years, 10 Months ago Karma: 314
I was digging through Imoc last night and came across a very nice TRD kit install thread. The guy started with a second hand kit, did all the work himself in his driveay and came up with a great final result...

Some early pics

It's a good read and the guy did a brilliant job, anyone got any others?

If you're suffering from lag, you're either in the wrong gear or the wrong car!

Not mad on all the little aero extensions on the yellow one. Wine 2 is very nice.

I think I'd like to see a TRD WBK with a Toms duckbill lip. That is what I am going for when I get my WBK (in 3 years )

I was looking at this on IMOC just the other day.
I'm a bit obsessed with TRD Two's at the minute, really can't get enough of them.
The kits are really expensive though and you would have to keep the car forever or face a big loss on resale!
Despite this I still think I might undertake a TRD project myself in the future, they're just too nice!

The TuRD widebody (fatbum) boys have their own site .... www.trd2000gt.com/

Worth a look if a big bulging butt turns you on

I think it was started by a guy who was trying to track down as many original TRD's as poss, by their production number.

More details here as well www.mr2oc.co.uk/forums/mr2-discussion/tr...e-others-138583.html
