There's still places available but you'll need a £100 deposit for accommodation and the ferry the sooner you book the cheaper I can't recommend this enough as will Ray.

RR87, its one for the bucket list, the Highland run is epic. There is no other run I have ever done that comes close. The Beams would love it.

You would need to budget about €1200-€1300 for this long weekend and need to be a member on MR2OC.co.uk to be allowed attend. Not sure if you are a member over there or not.

I'm obviously still listed on this thread for replies and I'm 'well jeal' that you boys are getting to go over to this run again.

To anyone thinking of attending I'd say do it!!

It is expensive but a trip that allows you to drive as these little GT cars were meant to be driven.

Also worth pointing out that there tends to be two groups forms each day. One group of 'racers' who set a hotter pace and a set of more sensible drivers - so there is no chance of anyone feeling they are being forced to drive one way or the other.

Thanks for all the comments and input. Unfortunately it's still too early for me to talk about anything official and payments, Le Mans comes sooner so I will to focus on that first...
