Up for sale is my 1997 Toyota MR2 Turbo (Rev4) 2.0 with 245ps as standard. CT20b turbo.


Car is running 100% and is always well maintained using fully synthetic Motul 300v. It is a very low km example and the car is exceptionally clean. Previous owner was an MR2 enthusiast and had this car hand picked from Japan.

Car has been in storage since Nov 2011.

All Jap extras- electric mirrors, windows, A/C etc..

Serviced with Motul 300v fully synthetic engine oil, genuine Toyota oil filter, Motul synthetic gearbox oil and magnetic sump plug.

Timing belt was done @ 65k on recommendation by Toyota. (due to vehicle age)

Japanese history and import documentation.

NCT: Failed on 2 non e-marked tyres.
Tax: None

Bad points:

Car had slight damage left rear quarter and left front wing hence the rear lights and i decided i wanted the car 100% at this time so it was treated to a full respray.
Professionally repaired and sprayed by AC crash in Dublin. The car is absolutely flawless now..

Front plastic under tray removed

Front lip cracked (replacement there)

Electric aerial will only go down with a helping touch. Goes up fine though!(replacement there to be fitted)

On sale again.. Might be able to let go this time!

Ya prob dont wanna hear this but I was in the market for a turbo and just bought a nice example recently. Honestly, I'd of jumped at this for the colour alone!

Sold the red last year to CAW on the basis I was buying SteveH's 98' turbo but he decided to keep the car in the end (can't blame him) and saw Mikey's 2 up for grabs but he had already left for Oz and I was left in limbo.
