I broke this car for parts some time ago.

I still have the front bumper/valance but it is BROKEN. And when i mean broken i mean in TWO BITS

It will need some fibreglass work to put together again, but its just a front valance which fits over the standard MR2 front bumper, so shouldn't be that big a job since its not a structural parts, as its bonded onto the front bumper.

I also have the sideskirts, which are in ok condition, the car was painted really badly and about 4 different colours including pink so they will need a bit of prep.

Nothing a competent body shop guy couldn't sort really.

Don't want a lot for them, £40 for the broken valance and the skirts. They are fairly rare, doubt you'll see them on another car in the UK/Ireland, so worth putting a bit of effort into getting them onto your car IMO.

I do have the BN Sports rear valance to complete the kit, but i think Lee-sw20 wants it for his own car?

I do still have the spoiler that was on the car as well, should anyone be interested.

You can still buy this kit from Japan, but its fairly expensive at just over £650, and thats before shipping to here (probably cost that amount again), so worth someone putting the effort in to get it fixed up.

I hoked these bits out of the spare room today. Unfortunately i've been flat out all day and it was too dark to get photos by the time i got a chance. Will do that in the morning.

Bumper is definitely repairable with some fibreglass work, i'd tackle it myself if i could be arsed. But i'm not arsed.

One of the best rear valances available for an MR2 IMO, i actually think the whole kit is really nice. I bought that car for the kit and wheels originally.

Total disaster bringing it home though, didn't even make it out of the Midlands where i bought it.

You can stick these bits up for sale on other forums if you want, should be able to post the front valance alright since its in 2 bits lol

Believe me, if someone doesn't want them for £40, then they don't want them at all.

I just get sick of looking and tripping over things in the house, and just decide to dump stuff. I offered parts for free before and they sat in my hallway waiting for someone to collect for MONTHS, never again! They ended up at the dump as well, its less than a mile away from my house so handy to throw them in the car and get them out of my way.

Edited to say, the spoiler on the car will likely be going in the dump as well. I really am sick of looking at that in my living room!

Dosent matter what someone else does with them at least they wont be destroyed that way.

To be honest, they are my bits and i'll do what i like with them.

The £40 i want for them is for my time more than anything, as i don't have a lot of spare time to wait on people to collect stuff. I rarely get time to even sleep, i'm not going to offer things for free to people who doesn't really want them and likely waste my time.

As for "what goes around come around", have given MR2 parts away free to plenty of people over the years to whoever has asked, some of them on this very forum. Still waiting on it coming around to me...

Just for any one that may be thinking of buying it. my bumper on the car just like like this one was in 3 parts shatteted and with bitd missing. got it done for 150 e painted and couldnt belive results. any border copy or any bumper from ebay will cost you 200e for shitty fit and than another 200 for prep and fitting painting. so for my 40 quid for bumper that was on at some stage and needs a bit of gluing is bargain.

Cheers Fazzio. The £40 is more of a token payment more than anything, since i'm quite busy and would need to take time out to meet with people or package the bits up to send.

The front bumper valance comes free with the side skirts. If i was to put these side skirts up on eBay or whatever, i know they'll go for more than £40. I just can't be bothered really and the bits are in my way at the house, hence £40 for the lot.

Still have these bits. Someone from the forum said they were definitely taking them but over a month later still waiting on payment, so i guess just he was timewasting over a £40 part.

Anyway, i've chucked the front bumper out into my yard so with any luck someone comes and steals it

£40 for a set of ultra rare JDM sideskirts, crazy how no-one wants them...
