Okay, planning to head to this on Sunday 8th November.

Gates open at 10am - was planning to be there at 10am ish.

Maybe look around til about 12 and then head for a spin to a pub with a decent size carpark and grab a carvery lunch. So, will be finished up by 2.30 / 3 at latest - still got your afternoon free.

Just a suggestion - I'll be going anyway

Prices are 16 euros per adult at the gate but if booked before 25th October online (can collect at the gate), then just 12.80 euros.

To be honest unless they have drastically changed this from previous years I'd say stay away and do something else with your Sunday. The last few years have been terrible IMO, nothing worth while seeing there.

That said if definitely going I'll keep an eye out for free passes for you, a few usually come through work every year.

I agree with you totally - especally in terms of cars, there isn't a huge amount. And I think those 3 girls from the above pic were from California and photoshopped in !

Having said that, when I was helping to run the club last time a few years back, we found that there was a good bit of standng around cars in the cold ! And we ended up doing a few "colder month" runs and heading for pub grub etc. So, some of the winter meets were more social and not so much car shows etc.

So, the T4BB event is just to give a little car theme - and although overall it isn't amazing, there are usually a couple of semi decent things at the show. And that's why I suggested going for a little 15-20 min run and get a nice carvery lunch

I'll go I've been at it the last 2 years and it is over hyped and over priced and over crowded but it's still enjoyable, getting there for opening time should mean avoiding most of the crowd (and getting a free goodie bag, which i missed out on both years due to getting there late!)

Turned out that I left so late that I could only stay an hour and a half - ddn't see half of it !

Was an arena with Drift cars, Opposite Lock display team, quads, motocross bikes etc - pretty good except for annoying MC
