I'd Go to the Council and offer them £500 to take the Car away and then either get her going again or sell her for Parts. I'm suprised she's not already Stripped and up on Blocks!!

The owner must have died or something. I mean it doesnt appear to be in bad nick other than the dust.
Why would someone, pay for a pay and display ticket and never come back?
Why would they allow fines to build up more than the value of the car?
Cant the owner be traced by the reg?

Bet he was hit by a bus after leaving the car park.

Silly stuff but funny..good find.

It looks like a silver colour to me. My car has never been that dusty, but I think I can see some silver peeking out there.

ah I didn't see the button that says 'more pictures'. When you click it though it looks like a dark green hardtop. So possibly Motorcheck just make that part up
