Just found these little beauties in the garage this morning. These were from my car before i got oversised forged pistons put in a year ago! Couldnt believe how much of the piston was missing and how the engine survived it!

Yeah it was and people will prob call bullshit on this one but i was driving the car for around 9 months (sparingly mind u) after i first noticed the oil loss it was when oil consumption progressivly reached max to min a 60-70 km trip when i finally saved enough for the build!

What are your sympoms?? Like i said i was loosing max to min oil in 60-70 kms and that piston was directly at fault! The lad i got to do the job called me straight away after he removed it. He couldnt believe I drove it out to him in Newbridge from Dublin!
