I am posting and sticking this thread for people attending track days both north and south of the border.

If you know of any track day events coming up or are attending one please post it up here including training days (like Mondello's). It is not a thread to discuss track day ramblings or other items, please keep it to the events, dates and links to same and if you are attending put up a list. Feel free to use the sample below.

I think it would be useful hub for people looking to do them and maybe it will result in a few track days with several MR2's attending together. It would be great crack to have a few of us out at the same time.

A sample of the layout I would propose is:

A (name of organisation arranging it) track day event is scheduled for (Date). Please see the attached Link for reference information on the day and the organisers.

I am attending this day and should you be interested please add your name to the list.

1.(Username) I love the taste of Armco in the morning!!
2.(Username) Was that my wheel that just passed me!!!
3.(Username) Should have changed my brake pads!!!!!

My first digression on this thread, is there much interest in attending track days in the near future 2012 / 2013. If you could list your name down here. Then anybody attending trackdays may PM the people on the list to see if they would like to join in on the day.

I got notification of a track day per below. I won't be attending, car is not ready yet.



The May Bank Holiday weekend is nearly upon us which means its time once again for a Bank Holiday Monday, Car Track Day. The third Bank Holiday event of the year will be an Open Car Track Day which will include Round 3 of the Trackday Performance Time-Attack Championship 2012.

This coming Bank Holiday Monday (June 4th) there will be a Car Track Day taking place on the Mondello Park International Track. The day will be an open day and will include round 4 of the Trackday Performance Irish Time-Attack championship.

Lads what times are the morning and afternoon sessions in mondello? Start and finish times. I can't see it on their website...

The morning sessions start at 9-00 I think and drivers briefing (must attend item) is normally 08-30.
Morning session is 9-00 to 13-00 depending on what may happen during the event this can change.
Evening session is 14-00 to 18-00 on the button, think drivers briefing is at 13-30.
