I was just wondering if its possible to stop getting emails to any thread I reply to.
I went in to settings and checked the box for no email notifications but I still get notifications to certain threads I've replied to, not all but a good few still come through for some reason.

I had a look through all other settings and options and unsure of what else I can do to stop this?

Hi Infamous, if you're in your Inbox and clicked 'settings', then that is only the link for the email/PM system.

To change your subscriptions on threads, you click above where it says 'My profile', then under Forum settings there's a link that says 'My subscribes', if you click this you can delete your subscriptions.

I don't believe there is a way to set it to 'not subscribe' when you start a new thread or reply, however that's the first time I have been asked the question so please allow me some time to investigate.

Its not a huge deal or anything, it would just help me keep my inbox a bit tidier, did some spring cleaning yesterday and it took me like ten mins to delete all my thread replies. lol

un-check the box each time you post. You will see it below the choose file buttons at the bottom of the text window ... just above the submit button.

You have to do it each time though but it saves your inbox filling up

I you don't want to receive any future updates on threads then you could block the email address with your email account. I did this a long time ago and I still receive emails when I get a PM so it works well

Nicely spotted Spanky and KC for you. I hadn't noticed that there before

Thats good to know, though is there anyway that could remain unclicked as a default, as if you use quick reply a lot like I do then that option doesn't appear.
