So this is the Mr2 i sadly had to walk away from due to the lack of attention or care for it

It had been key'd on the drivers quarter ,the passo sill had been dropped on an axle stand and is kinked , the front bumper has a mess of filler thrown into it and is now cracked , it Really needs a respray , but i'm still drawn to it , i couldnt bring myself to swap my Coupe for it , so i'm now going to work my tits off and if i cant find a clean mister two then i think this car deserves some tlc from me although he wont be seeing anywhere near 2k for it , but then again i may find something clean in the meantime

Plenty of good cars out there its just a case of finding the right one.

If you walked away first time don't go back, look to something different.

Ye just keep lookin and you will find something you just have to be patient and something will come up.

I would sell mine if i gt the right offer.Want something that my son can get insured in.pm me if your interested its a 1990 tbar turbo and in great condition and i spent a good bit of money on it in last few weeks

Two grand is way overpriced for that car. I was in the same position as you last year, had a limited budget and thought I wouldn't find anything decent for the money I had. Thanks to a few of the guys on the forum though (and a bit of patience) I found a really clean two for just over a grand. There isn't really any market for big engined petrol cars now so you could get a really nice car for relatively little money.
