i went up with a friend of mine on thursday night and he bought the car the engine block was replaced i had a look over it im not a mechanic but it seemed very good the interior was mint the paint needs lots of work but my friend wants to respray it , the car was very tight and i think it was a bargin at that price

Congrats - whats up with the paint on it? Mine was in an awful state and I got it back to near perfect

Shame these cars are just left to rot, the sills look rotten from the pics and probably underbody in bits as its been parked on glass - car I got for 200 was in better nick then this. worth scrap value unfortunately.

Couldn't justify running two 2's at the minute, it was only a few weeks ago I got rid of my other turbo lol.
There's a really cheap mk1 up near me atm, been talking myself out of that for a few days now as well. If I had the money and space I'd have the 3 of them haha.

That was Mk1Gina, from what I remember it was white over silver though, not white over black (unless it was painted). I think it was put up for sale briefly, though the asking price was much higher than that of the one on donedeal now and I'm unsure if it actually sold.

more then likely thats the registration date - theres a few 00 mk2's about even though they finished production in 1999 - my car was built Nov-1999 but wasn't registered until sometime in 2000
Thats a UK import BTW
