i work in city centre (IFSC) mon-fri, so can meet lunchtimes there

Just to be aware - once i send in the form, they will allocate our space based on the number of cars. So, if you pay late, you will still get into the show but 1) you'll have to pay more and 2) you won't be in the MR2.ie section

Okay, folks - All the forms are in and everyone paid up. We've a final count of 13 people. That means that we've a bit extra cash (€54).

We've 13 people - so, 2 burgers and 2 hot dogs each - is that okay or too much ?

Anyway, based on that, i'll be able to get the following with the extra cash :


7 x 4 pack quarter pounders €28
2 x 16 pack sausages €6
5 x 6 pack buns €6.50
5 x 6 pack hot dog rolls €5
Pack of cocktail sausages €3
Cheese (60 slices) €5.50

Total €54
Or how about one burger and two hot dogs each ? If we went with that, i could use some of the cash saved to get the likes of crisps, biscuits etc ?


Either way, what we still need would be the following :

Ketchup, Mayonnaise, Tea bags, Coffee, Coke/Fanta etc, sugar, milk, paper plates, plastic cutlery, paper towel
If people can bring something from above list, please put it down beside your name. I don't want anyone spending more than 2-3 quid max.


Other items which would be useful and if people already have them - don't want anyone going out buying them :

Smallish frying pan (with a lid would be great, as camping bbq is slow !)
Cooler bags (I've one but a second would be good)
Flasks
Tea-pot (to work off gas)
Small fold-up stools/chairs
Fold-up table
Camping gas bbq (i have one small single burner but no harm having another - one for burgers, another to boil water for tea etc)
Bunting

Everyone bring your own mug !!!!
