Hey Ruslan,

That's a hell of a cool car you have there. I only got a chance to watch the first video so far and it looks great.

As I understand it, a lot of gains can be made on the 1/4mile in chassis tuning once you get to 650whp. Over that and you loose a lot of power in gearbox and drivetrain configuration.

Pretty sure the guy in America who ran 9.x was at the 6-700whp number??:


There's a shop in Alabama called Hux Racing, they specialise in bolt on chassis tuning parts, maybe they have some stuff that can help you out?

Definitely talk to Hux about chassis set-up, he knows all about drag racing MR2's.

Love the wheelie! Do you know of ES Racing in Estonia? One of the guys there is running a Fast MR2 at the drags.

The transmission is definitely a problem for drag racing. Fortunately one of the Celica guys in Florida (Pat Chinshue) decided to fix it.
