This is what I am using, full time in the car.

Only thing with this fluid is to make sure it is not left open, and to refresh your brake fluid regularly as the fluid is very hygroscopic(adsorbs lots of moisture from the air), which can result is internal rusting on your brake lines and reduced performance from the fluid (wet boiling temperature)

Used at mondello for a full track day and lasted better than the tires, on a dry day with laps times at circa 2:15.

Don't get DOT 5 as that is the one that breaks down the rubber seals, from what I have read.

This has a 312 degrees C boiling temp, a good bit higher than some others out there. Its used by most of the MR2 Championship boys and at that price its not bad. I wouldnt worry about it not being Dot 5.1 for ABS at it lists it to be able to use in ABS systems in the tech spec.

Not much at all, I can't remember, but I would say about half a litre.

I used 500Ml and a self bleeder, that meant I had to check after pumping if the fresh stuff was out so probably pumped more through than I needed to.

If you remove the old stuff from the reservoir with a syringe first then 500ml is loads.
