I saw this over on MR2oc.com. Quite innovative, I can see what he is trying to achieve by reducing back pressure etc. I'm not sure that I would use a system like this but thought I would post up some pics in case it's useful for someone here (racing or top end dyno results etc).
First he starts with a downpipe, gets a cut out and then welds in a secondary section with flange.

Then enter the badlanzehpe exhaust valve, he has it hooked up so he can turn it on and off from in cabin. :woohoo:

When he goes to the dyno, he flicks the switch and then has the ultimate free flow exhaust for full power. Hope there's earmuffs handy! :blink:
